The Koonce family’s construction roots date back to 1968, when Clyde Koonce built a career grounded in customer relationships, hard work, and personal integrity.
When David Koonce founded Rigid Building Group in 2000, he built the company around those same ideas. Quality mattered. Relationships mattered. Standing behind the work mattered.
As Eric and Austin joined the business, they expanded on that foundation by strengthening communication, improving internal systems, and bringing greater structure to the way projects are managed.
